Cosmic Villas is pleased to introduce this villa, which is located on a country road midway between Modica and Scicli. It's a good base for visiting Southeastern Sicily because it's surrounded by farmland and not far from the coast.
The ground floor of this house sleeps up to eight guests in four beautiful bedrooms. It offers vast interiors designed for your optimum enjoyment. A contemporary dining area and kitchen with a breakfast bar flow from a modern, stylish living room with a flat-screen TV, sofas, armchairs, and fireplace.
There is a luxurious wellness room on the ground level with a Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, and multi-sensory shower for our guests private use.
Outside are beautiful gardens studded with scented trees, plants, and flowers. A private pool and poolside patio with sun loungers are located in the heart of a grassy lawn and are a lovely area to gaze out at sea in the distance.
A patio with comfortable seating and a dining table is a beautiful spot to spend an evening eating, drinking, and socialising.
A few restaurants, pubs, and cafés may be found in the nearby town, which is only 3 kilometres away. There are also supermarkets and grocery stores where you may stock up on necessities.
A 15-minute drive away is the Baroque town of Modica, which is a must-see. The city is famed for its chocolate, in addition to its fine architecture and historical landmarks such as the Duomo di San Pietro and Duomo di San Giorgio. Visit the chocolate museums and purchase some to take home with you.
Scilci, a little village, is only 15 minutes distant, while Ragusa, a hilltop town, is only half an hour away. The Giardino Ibleo gardens are exceptionally magnificent.
Cava D'Ispica is a remarkable sight, with ancient caverns and burial sites built into the mountainside. It's worth the 13-kilometre drive.
Sampiere, Donnalucata, and Marina di Modica all have sandy beaches and picturesque fishing villages that can be reached in about 25 minutes. Pozzallo is a seaside resort with an exquisite beach and a busy little port where you can catch a ferry to Malta.
