The home is a large property with two independent units that share lovely gardens. The large house can accommodate up to 24 people, 14 in one unit and 8 in the other. Because the old villa has just been meticulously refurbished, you will discover magnificent décor and authentic Tuscan elegance in plenty in any apartment you stay in.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with tables large enough for conversing over delicious family meals. Then, when it's time to slumber, you'll have a choice of lovely bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a view of the surrounding scenery, making it the ideal place to unwind.

Though the property has a charming vintage vibe, it also includes all the modern conveniences you may need for a comfortable stay, such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and satellite TVs.

When you want to spend time with a larger group, you can go inside one of the apartments or use the manicured grounds. Outside is a covered patio with a large dining table, which is ideal for a celebratory supper in a beautiful location.

The expansive garden is a refuge surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Enjoy the views from the private infinity pool, or try your hand at pizza cooking in the pizza oven!

The nearest supermarket is 7km from the property. Still, the nearest hamlet, Casale Marittimo, is only 12km distant and offers various stores and a good selection of restaurants.

Day outings are plentiful, with beaches, towns, and villages all within easy reach. The nearest beach, Marina di Bibbona, is 22 kilometres distant by car and is an excellent alternative for a day out. The sandy blue flag beach is ideal for sunbathing and water sports, and there are plenty of eateries nearby, as well as a pine forest with walking trails.

There are also many villages and towns to visit in this area, such as Bolgheri, a charming hamlet built around a castle 20 kilometres from home. Visit the historical centre, have supper in a small family-owned restaurant, and have some fantastic local wine.

Volterra is another area you could visit and is 30km from San Illario. Volterra is an incredible hilltop village that dates back to 800 BC. Various museums and artisan stores sell locally manufactured products and artworks, as well as Etruscan, Roman, and mediaeval architecture and attractions.

Different villages and towns are also close to exploring, such as Castagneto Carducci (32 km away) and San Gimignano (60km away).

It is paid to the owner twelve weeks before arrival by bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

The property owner/management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your breakage deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the breakage deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
