The home is nestled in the Pugliese countryside, surrounded by 3 hectares of private olive groves and orchards. With all the conveniences of Sicarico village life nearby, including a local tavern, shop, and restaurant within a 7-minute walk, the two trulli and 16th Century Masseria are a genuine discovery!
Brindisi and Bari's airports are around an hour away. Castellana Grotte (6km) and the famed UNESCO site Alberobello are a short drive away. The area's shoreline and beautiful sandy beaches begin at Lido Colonia and may be reached in about 15 minutes.
The first trullo comprises a double bedroom with a mezzanine, an optional sleeping area (as long as the number of villa guests does not exceed 10!), and an open-plan kitchen with a lounge/dining area.
The adjacent second trullo has two double bedrooms.
Finally, the detached main farmhouse opposite includes three bedrooms (one twin and two singles) spread across two levels and a spacious open-plan kitchen and lounge/diner. The decor is sophisticated yet modest, and one can see right away that it was, first and foremost, a home before being remodelled for the rental market.
The outdoor space is lovely, with enough laid-to-lawn stone-walled garden space.
