Cosmic Villas is pleased to present this spacious and spectacular residence two hours south of Florence. Previous Italian film celebrities who have visited include Vittorio Gassman and Federico Fellini (who has a room dedicated after him!).
This house, situated outside the village of Radicofani, can accommodate 18 to 26 guests and offers amazing views, making it ideal for large family gatherings or memorable events.
Your stay will most likely be unforgettable. This is partly because it is a former hunting lodge erected in the 18th century and lies on a 580m hill. The property is surrounded by oak and cypress trees, a lush garden, a 12m x 6m swimming pool, and a lovely, circular lawn area.
A large terrace overlooking the grass provides many places to sit and enjoy the sun and is ideal for hosting a supper or a less formal function. There is a bar and a well-equipped kitchen on the ground level with facilities such as a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and two large gas stoves.
A vast living area on the lower ground floor provides direct access to the pool and gardens. There is also a pantry, laundry room, and garage on this level.
The villa's 13 bedrooms are spread throughout the property. There are three on the ground floor, one leading to the semi-circular terracotta pavilion. The top floor comprises five double and three twin bedrooms, with the remaining two doubles in the 'lemon house,' a separate apartment with a kitchenette, toilet, and direct access to the yard.
This local landmark, only 5 kilometres from Radicofani, is frequently used as a wedding location or yoga retreat and serves as an excellent base for touring the Siena region. You'll be about 90 minutes from Italy's west coast and cities like Perugia and Terni. However, you could be distracted by the numerous charming villages along the way.
