A living area on the first floor is excellent for peaceful times and has lovely views of the surrounding hills. The villa is approached along a cypress-lined road in a seven-hectare fully-fenced private park studded with centuries-old trees. There are various tucked-away seating and dining spots on the grounds and a huge, private swimming pool.

With gorgeous rolling countryside adjoining the private park in which Villa Ristori is located, you may be out on breathtaking walks in minutes. In addition, the nearest village is only a five-minute drive away, where you can sample traditional cuisine and appreciate ancient architecture.

Visit Arezzo and Siena, within an hour's drive of the estate, for extra historical flavour. Lake Trasimeno Regional Park provides bird observation, swimming, and hiking opportunities.

It is paid to the owner twelve weeks before arrival by bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

The property owner/management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your breakage deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the breakage deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
