Guests can find the nooks and corners that make up this gorgeous area as they explore the property, take in the incredible artwork, furnishings, and sculpture, and rest in their rooms. In addition, this house has three indoor lounge rooms, one in each section.

The villa's main living area can accommodate all visitors and is ideal for movie night; there's even a 55" flat-screen smart TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime.

With so many visitors, it's no wonder that there are two completely equipped kitchens, each with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The apartment also has a third kitchenette, which is excellent for grandparents or teens who want more independence.

Of course, when you stay at a lakeside villa, you will spend most of your time on the lake or appreciating its beauty. This is simple while sitting on the patio admiring the beautiful seas. You can unwind in the immense pool or work on your tan poolside. The property even has its private entrance to the lake via the cliffs.

This villa is close down the road from the port, about a 10-minute walk away. Many restaurants serve traditional cuisine in this neighbourhood, as well as waterfront taverns and cafes.

Being so close to the harbour makes navigating around Lake Garda a breeze. A five-minute drive away is the beautiful calm local hamlet, which is also full of lovely restaurants and bars.

Mandatory Breakage
1000 GBP PER BOOKING:

It is paid to the owner twelve weeks before arrival by bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

The property owner/management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your breakage deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the breakage deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
