Cosmic Villas is pleased to provide this recently refurbished property in a small hamlet with views of the surrounding hills and mountains. Except for a few surrounding houses, you are entirely alone. The nearest amenities are a 5km drive away, and the next town is 11km away.
This villa has three ground-level suites and one unit on the first storey. Ten guests can stay comfortably here, and the downstairs suites can be connected.
The downstairs suites each have a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a small kitchen. There is also a large living room on the ground level with two sofa beds for extra sleeping space. All visitors can gather in the evening over a glass of local wine.
Upstairs in the flat are two more bedrooms and a huge kitchen and dining area that can be used by the entire group. This bright and spacious apartment opens immediately onto the first-floor terrace, ideal for a morning coffee with a view.
In addition to the terrace, the property features a large garden with lawned parts and beautiful native planting. You may enjoy magnificent views of the mountains and valley below while swimming in the welcoming private pool. Alternatively, you can relax on the sun loungers with an excellent book. As the sun sets, why not utilise the barbeque and outside dining area to prepare an Italian feast?
If you need groceries or fresh pastries for breakfast, the next village with a shop, restaurants, and bakery is only 5 kilometres away. There are also several walking and hiking trails near the villa. Finally, if you prefer to experience more of the landscape on horseback, riding is only 3 kilometres away.
There are many larger villages and cities to visit a little further afield, such as Aulla, 11 kilometres from the villa. Aulla is a town on the Via Fracigena pilgrim road between two rivers. It boasts a variety of stores, restaurants, bustling markets, museums, archaeological sites, and a castle, so there is plenty to see and do.
There are other attractive villages and hill towns within a short drive of the house, including Villafranca in Lunigiana, 16 kilometres distant, and Bagnone, 22 kilometres away.
Suppose you want to spend the day at the beach. In that case, the famed beaches and villages of the breathtaking Cinque Terre are only 35 kilometres away!
