As you enter the villa on the ground floor, you will be greeted by an ample, open-plan space with comfortable sofas and a dining table. A family bathroom and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen are also located on this floor.
When you want to unwind, there are four bedrooms upstairs, all of which are spacious and with en-suite bathrooms.
The property is surrounded by a beautiful garden with views of the hills and woodland. The garden features lawned spaces, an alfresco dining table, and a pool with sun loungers. It certainly is an oasis for a quiet afternoon in the sun!

The nearest amenities are less than 5 kilometres in San Casciano dei Bagni. This charming town features a good selection of shops, cafes, and restaurants that line the old streets. The town is also great for spending an afternoon strolling about the ancient walls, followed by a visit to the Church of St Anthony.
San Casciano dei Bagni is off the beaten path. For dinner, you can enjoy authentic Tuscan cuisine with a stunning view of the valley below.
This area of Tuscany, which surrounds Siena, is full of lovely towns and villages with historical architecture and attractions.
Sarteano is one such location, only about 20 kilometres from the residence. It is a hilltop community between the Val d'Orcia and the Valdichiana, with many shops and cafés and a vibrant Friday market.
If you enjoy history, Sarteano should be on your itinerary: you can visit the castle, which is over 1000 years old and features a draw bridge, jail cells, and gardens, as well as the Palazzo Gabrielli, which was once an opulent Renaissance mansion and is now an archaeological museum.
You can also see history come to life in July and August at the Medieval festival. For example, you may see knights jousting in suits of armour and parades, dances, and plays.
Lake Trasimeno, which is 40 kilometres away, has lake beaches, or Siena, 100 kilometres away and can be reached in about 90 minutes by vehicle.
