Mandatory Breakage
€1500 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

The property owner/management will be responsible for holding and returning your breakage deposit. It shall have the right to deduct from the breakage deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property, any item in it, or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
